Central Youth Ministry (grades 7-12) exists to see students and leaders develop into real-life, lifelong followers of Jesus Christ. We strive to be excellent in relationships and excellent in the way we share our lives! We want to see every student, no matter their background, have the opportunity to experience Jesus' presence and to be enfolded into a community of people who love God and love people.

Youth Group runs on Friday nights during the school year from 7-9pm with a variety of events including mall hunts, dodgeball tournaments, retreat weekends, worship nights, small groups, and more.

Echelon runs each Wednesday from 7-9pm during the school year. It is open to all grades but geared towards high school students. The year is split into three sections each covering a different book of the Bible, and we ask students to commit to being there every week for the sections they participate in.

Our mission trip to Tijuana, Mexico takes places every two years. These are incredible experiences where students get the opportunity to be the practical hands and feet of Jesus to a world that so desperately needs his love and acceptance.

MEXICO 2025
August 8-17, 2025

Every two years Central Youth has gone to Mexico to build houses for those in need, help out with VBS style programming, and other service projects as well! These trips have been a signal moment in many people's lives, giving them a fresh and new perspective of the world around them, and also providing the space for some really cool moments of spiritual breakthrough.

This year we are actually going somewhere different than normal. For the past 20 or so years we've been going to YWAM's Tijuana base. This has been an incredible partnership and we've really enjoyed going to the same place year on year. THIS year we will be going to a YWAM base slightly south of TJ in a city called Ensenada. This base is doing some really exciting things and we are really pumped about this trip and the partnership that we can have in furthering God's kingdom!
