These services are a great opportunity to invite a friend to consider the good news of Jesus and life found in Him. Easter Sunday services will be held at Connors Hill, Southeast and Sherwood Park at 9am & 11am. The service will be live streamed Online at 9am followed by on demand.
EASTER OFFERING
On Easter Sunday, we have an exciting opportunity to partner with Camp Falcon Rock (CFR) in Romania through a special offering. CFR is doing incredible work, providing a place where young people and families can experience the love of Christ through dynamic camps, leadership development, and discipleship. The camp’s impact continues to grow, serving as a beacon of hope and transformation in the region.
As CFR expands, their next steps are focused on upgrading their main lodge with two significant projects:
Permanent Bathrooms: Currently, the lodge relies on temporary facilities. Installing permanent bathrooms will enhance the comfort and experience for all who attend. (Estimated cost: $10,000 CAD)
In-floor Heating: To provide warmth during Romania’s colder seasons, in-floor heating will be installed throughout the lodge, making the space more functional and welcoming year-round. (Estimated cost: $20,000 CAD)
A team from our church will be heading to CFR to assist with various projects, including work on the new bathrooms. They’ll also have the opportunity to connect with local leadership, encouraging and supporting them as they continue to develop the camp’s ministry.
We’d love to help CFR get as far as possible toward fully funding these next two projects—a combined total of $30,000. Every gift, large or small, will make a tangible difference in supporting CFR’s mission and expanding its reach.
