TEACHING RECAP
Summary: Whose advice are you following these days? Who is teaching you how to live? We ALL learn how to live from other people, whether intentionally or not. Jesus offers himself to us as the master-teacher on this topic, and he invites us to apprentice with him in real life.
Main Points:
Apprenticing with Jesus starts with an intentional and joyful decision.
Apprenticing with Jesus involves the total extent of our actual lives.
Apprenticing with Jesus means staying with him and becoming like him.
On-Ramps:
Decide if you want to apprentice with Jesus or not.
Do what is necessary to improve your root system.
Invite Jesus’ direct leadership in your actual life. (home, job, school, family, friends, recreation, hobbies, etc.)
